AI Poster Vault sells digital artwork that is delivered as downloadable files. Because digital goods cannot be returned once delivered, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Digital products

Once a full-resolution file has been delivered, the sale is generally final. This is standard for digital downloads, as the product cannot be ‘returned’ once received.

When we will help

You were sent the wrong file.
The file is corrupted or will not open.
You were charged but did not receive your file.

In these cases, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we will re-send the correct file or resolve the issue promptly.
